Requirements for streamers:

Your in-game nickname
A contact for communication (Telegram)
Prohibited:
Streaming other projects
Streaming without the logo or without the project name
Being AFK for extended periods during live streams
Violation of the rules will result in cancellation of all rewards and removal from the streamer program with no possibility of reinstatement.
