By creating a game account on our project, you automatically confirm your full and unconditional agreement with the rules of our server. The player bears responsibility regardless of whether they have ознакомлен themselves with the rules or not.

1. Administration Policy

1.1 All instructions and decisions of the administration are mandatory. In case of disagreement, the player must:
• Comply with the requirement without delay;
• Appeal it using the established appeal procedure.

1.2 The administration is not obliged to provide the player with evidence of their violation of the rules of the World-Hero.net server, as a result of which a penalty was applied to the account.

1.3 The administration independently determines which actions are considered violations of the server rules, as well as the type and duration of the punishment.

1.4 Prohibited:
• Sending intrusive or repeated messages to the administration;
• Showing disrespect, insulting or threatening project representatives;
• Spreading false information about the server or administration that may harm the project’s reputation;
• Impersonating an administration representative on the game server / social networks / forum or other project resources.

2. Game Accounts

2.1 Nickname requirements:
• It is prohibited to use nicknames containing Admin, GM, or names similar to administration nicknames;
• It is prohibited to use nicknames that copy or mislead other players.

2.2 Recovery procedure:
• Characters deleted as a result of violations may be restored at the administration’s discretion on an individual basis;
• Requests for restoration of lost items and skills are considered separately;
• Account access is restored only upon confirmation of ownership of the linked email address.

3. Server Rules and Gameplay

3.1 General rules:
It is prohibited to:

• Advertise third-party projects and services;
• Automated spam in chats;
• Use obscene language and insults in general chat;
• Organize in-game casinos;
• Perform any actions aimed at intentionally disrupting the server economy.

3.2 Prohibited in-game actions:

• Trading in-game items for real money (RMT);
• Reselling game accounts;
• Blocking the movement of other players;
• Initiating discussions about politics, religion, or nationality.

4. Personal Responsibility

4.1 The owner of the master account bears full responsibility for its use and security, regardless of who actually performed the actions.

4.2 Transferring access to third parties is done at your own risk; the administration does not compensate possible losses.

5. Use of External Software / Bugs

It is prohibited to:

• Use programs not listed in the “Files” section on the World-Hero.net website. Violation may result in blocking of the master account.
• Use bots and macro programs (macro mouse included).
• Use any programs that may affect the server’s operation;
• Fully automate gameplay through third-party software;
• Use any bugs/errors in the game.

Actions when bugs are discovered:

• Immediately inform the administration about discovered errors;
• Do not disclose information about bugs to other players.

6. Clans

6.1 It is prohibited to use names, titles, clan or alliance names, as well as their abbreviations that offend other players/nations or contain obscene language. It is also prohibited to use images that violate ethical standards, such as fascist or Nazi symbols.

Clan loot distribution:

6.2 Epic jewelry obtained within a clan remains with the clan leader until they decide to assign it.

6.3 The clan leader has the right to reclaim epic jewelry if it was taken by another clan member during epic boss loot distribution.

6.4 After transferring epic jewelry to a player, the item becomes their personal property; the clan leader cannot reclaim it unless otherwise agreed in advance in clan chat, private messages, or mail (example: “Clan Baium issued for Olympiad, please return by the specified date”).

6.5 Illegal appropriation of clan loot is strictly prohibited and punishable.

7. Tournaments / Events

General participation conditions:

7.1 Restrictions:
During tournaments and events it is prohibited to:

• Flood chat (except Trade chat);
• Show aggression: attack or kill other players;
• Use mass skills;
• Use abilities that reduce player stats;
• Summon pets or creatures.

Exceptions are allowed only if explicitly required by event rules.

Penalties: chat block from 60 minutes; removal of buffs; character level reduction (down to level 1); teleport to nearest city.

7.2 Preparation:
Players must come fully prepared according to requirements published by the administration in announcements or on the forum. During events, GM does not provide or fix items. Players who do not meet requirements are removed and teleported. Only one character/window is allowed — violation results in account suspension at administration discretion.

8. Aggravating Circumstances

8.1 Includes:

• Repeated violations;
• Intentional concealment of bug information;
• Attempts to mislead or deceive the administration.

9. Donations

9.1 All contributions on World-Hero.net are voluntary and not mandatory.

Refund policy:

After successful payment, you agree not to dispute the transaction or file claims with payment systems.

Refunds are made only to the original payment method.

A refund request can be submitted within 24 hours if the service was not provided properly or completely.

In case of suspected fraud, the account may be blocked.

Refund requests are submitted only via the technical forum section.

Funds are returned within 14 business days.
